Transforming Customer Experiences: A $2M Upsell Success with Bluecore's Personalization Platform

THE OPPORTUNITY

One of the biggest sports and lifestyle brands in the world was interested in using the Bluecore platform to offer more personalized shopping experiences to their customers across the entire customer lifecycle. To influence a multi-million dollar upsell, the design team and internal enterprise account executives had to showcase Bluecore’s unique product offerings and bring a series of customer brand journeys to life.

THE SOLUTION

The design team developed three unique customer personas and created individualized stories, needs, and characteristics for each customer. Three series of digital mockups were created to showcase Bluecore’s capabilities at each stage of customer lifecycle.

A customer summary was built for each customer journey so the brand could better visualize what an end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaign might look like with the use of Bluecore. The customer persona presentation was used as a sales enablement tool and ultimately led to a $2M upsell of Bluecore’s platform.
